Glass

Help someone with their computer.

They run one line and read you a code. You see and control their screen from this browser, once they allow it. When they stop, nothing stays on their computer.

  1. They open Terminal and paste this On a Mac: Spotlight (⌘ Space), type Terminal. If they already have Glass, glass support does the same.

  2. They read you their code Nine digits. The first time, their Mac asks them to allow Screen Recording and Accessibility for Glass.
  3. You type it here They're asked before you can see anything.

Each code works once, for an hour. The connection goes directly between the two computers and is end-to-end encrypted.
